Mithras Oasis

Mithras Oasis is a chartered local body of Ordo Templi Orientis located in the Valley of Windham, CT, promulgating the law of Thelema and promoting the liberty of the individual. Ordo Templi Orientis (OTO) is an initiatory, co-ed, fraternity centered around the ideals of Thelema with particular emphasis on cultivating individual liberty, self-discipline, self-knowledge, and universal brotherhood. The initiatory structure of OTO is based on a staged series of initiations or degrees. In the rituals of these degrees, OTO seeks to instruct the individual by allegory and symbol in the mysteries of nature, to assist each initiate in discovering their own true identity.
